MARTINA BECHYNSKÁ

I am an attorney providing legal services as a partner of BE.LO law firm based in the centre of Prague.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. As part of my studies I was lucky enough to spend a semester in Maastricht, the Netherlands, and complete several internships.

I started my working career at the law firm PELIKÁN KROFTA KOHOUTEK advokátní kancelář s.r.o., where I focused mainly on corporate law, intellectual property law and information technology law, which remained my main domain throughout my legal practice. After this experience, I started to work in a law office where I gained valuable experience in general practice.

After passing the bar exams, I provided my legal services as an independent attorney. As, the number of clients gradually increased, and since I did not want to compromise on the quality of the services I provided and at the same time, I am of the opinion that more heads know more, I decided to join forces with my colleague Šárka within the BE.LO law firm in order to bring the best legal services to our clients.

ŠÁRKA DOSTÁLOVÁ

I am an attorney providing legal services tailored to the needs of my clients. Together with my colleague Martina Bechynská, I am a partner at BE.LO law office.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and as part of my studies I also completed a study internship at the Faculty of Law at the University of Otago, New Zealand.

I gained experience mainly in the field of commercial and transactional law in leading international and Czech law firms, where I had the opportunity to be part of many significant transactions on the Czech market.

During my career I have worked in the teams of PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, PRK Partners and PELIKÁN KROFTA KOHOUTEK law firm.

After three successful years as an independent lawyer, I am honoured to work with Martina and continue to provide our clients with legal services with an individual approach, stressing flexibility and availability while maintaining the highest level of quality.

PETR HENSEL

I am an attorney and I have the honor of working with BE.LO law firm.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. Instead of studying abroad, I worked in the legal department of the Service Facilities for the Ministry of the Interior (from my second year of study) and then in the PRK Partners law firm, where I spent more than 6 years and where I completed my practice. At PRK Partners, I mainly dealt with real estate law, commercial law and immigration law.

Before I embarked on a journey through the waters of the Czech legal profession, I landed a legislative position at the Ministry for Regional Development, where I participated in the preparation of the new Construction Act, co-authored the Support in Housing Act and led the preparations of the new Expropriation Act. I continue to cooperate with the Ministry for Regional Development on other projects.

After the conclusion of ministerial engagement, I became an independent general practice attorney, scecified in real estate law and e-commerce. Nevertheless, a wonderful opportunity arose to work with Martina and Šárka, which I could not refuse. My goal is to provide the most comprehensive and precise services possible, with personal and authentic approach.

EVA REGNEROVÁ

I work at BE.LO as a junior associate.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and also from Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University in Prague, with specialization in Marketing Communication and PR.

During my studies at the Faculty of Law I had the opportunity to complete several internships and gain experience in law firms primarily dedicated to general practice. I also participated in a project dealing with an unjustified court execution and assisted in a legal clinic.

I am happy to work in a law office where clients are treated individually and flexibly and creative solutions are sought for each of them.

KATEŘINA SUK

I am a junior associate at BE.LO.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. Subsequently, I completed the Cambridge Business School in Executive LLM and EDU Effective Business School in Effective MBA. Throughout my career I have focused on the area of construction contract law and public procurement. I have been involved in the introduction of digitalisation into the construction industry and responsible public procurement into practice, not only in local authorities.

I am now happy to pass on my experience in providing services to our clients in various areas of law. I am close to the professional but also human approach to each client, which is also the philosophy of the entire BE.LO law office.

ALEXANDRA LUKSCH

I am a junior associate at BE.LO.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. During my studies, I focused mainly on health law, which motivated me to complete several internships focused on this particular area of law. In addition, I also gained insight into the field of general legal practice as a legal assistant.

My goal is to provide quality and comprehensive legal services to our clients, which is why I am proud to be part of the BE.LO team that emphasizes an individual approach to our clients and actively seeks innovative and effective solutions to their needs.

VERONIKA SŮVOVÁ

I work as Office Manager at BE.LO, mostly in a virtual capacity.

After graduating from the Business Academy, I decided to go to London and take the FCE of Cambridge University. After my return I tried to continue my studies at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, majoring in Economics. Parallel to my studies, I moved to Prague and started working as an assistant in the consulting group NSG Morison and finished my studies early. I worked at NSG Morison for 18 years, moving up in my career and gaining experience in administration, finance, HR and team management.

With the advent of motherhood, I moved to a smaller company, an estate agency, where I tried out software specific to estate agents. However, I realised that this was not the path I wanted to pursue and when thinking about the next steps in my career, I met with Šárka and Martina and my choice was clear.

I am thrilled to be working with their law firm and to be able to pursue my career in the field of administration, spreadsheets and numbers.
